About

Kiyomi Koike is a Tea Master, entrepreneur, and the creator of the Kominka Method™. She built and exited a tea company across more than two decades — she understands pressure, high-stakes decision-making, and the real texture of leadership responsibility. She brought a 200-year-old Kominka farmhouse from Japan to northeastern Oregon — the first authentic Kominka built for residential use in the United States — and named her framework after its architecture: durable, flexible, and quietly extraordinary.

She is a certified PQ Coach, trained in the neuroscience-based Positive Intelligence framework developed at Stanford. Her work sits at the precise intersection of neuroscience, Zen wisdom, and real leadership — and it is delivered entirely one on one, with the full attention and confidentiality that genuine transformation requires.

Kiyomi works with a small number of leaders at any given time. This is by design.
