1:1 SESSIONS IN DETAIL
These sessions are not check-ins. They are not progress reviews. They are the precision instrument of this program — the place where the framework stops being something you understand and becomes something you live.
Session 1 — Week 1: Your Baseline Kiyomi meets you exactly where you are. Together, you map your specific Survival brain patterns, identify your top Saboteurs from your personal PQ Assessment, and establish the two or three areas of your leadership where the Kominka Method will have the highest immediate impact. This session sets the personal direction for everything that follows.
Session 2 — Week 4: Deep Application By Week 4, you have four weeks of daily practice behind you. This session goes into your most persistent or challenging leadership situation — the one that has not shifted yet, or the one where the Survival brain has its deepest grip — and works through it in real time using the full Kominka Method. NOTICE the exact thought. ALLOW the biological reaction. DISCERN fact from Saboteur construction. ALIGN from the Sage's Five Cs. This is private coaching at its most precise.
Session 3 — Week 7: Your North Star The closing session is a forward-mapping conversation. Where has the practice taken you? What has shifted in how you make decisions, hold pressure, and experience your leadership? And from the clarity of the Sage state you have now trained for seven weeks — what does your Compass point toward next? This session closes the program and opens the next chapter.
All sessions are conducted privately on Zoom, recorded for your personal use only, and held in complete confidence.
